I am gentle and affectionate, even though my circumstances are not the best in the world. I am undergoing treatment for heartworms, but when I'm finished, I will be looking for a great home. I am searching for someone who loves to cuddle but also knows how to play. I love woods, open fields, and water. I'll let you know when I'm ready to be your dog. Be patient...I'm getting there!July 4, 2008 - Solomon completed his second treatment this past week. Today was a hard day for him, but he is doing everything he can to be well enough for a forever home in a few months. He is a fine, fine dog. We wish we had found him sooner so that he wouldn't have to go through this. If your dog isn't on heartworm prevention, please have your dog checked for heartworms. If his results are negative, start him on heartworm prevention. If his results are positive, start his treatment immediately. Solomon's adoption fee is $200.00.
