These are made spicifically for the rear knuckle of the cadillac 93-99 and up to 2002 on eldorado's and are not some bushing made for another car like others sell.The rear of the Cadillac needs to remain flexable to ensure the tire stays flat on the ground, and adds in the comfortable ride your expecting from the cadillac, After all isn't that one of the reasons you got the cadillac In the first place. I have seen some other bushings for sale, and none of them allow the flexibilty that the cross axial ball joint does, execept the polyuathane bushings made by Cadillacbushings.com they have formulated the bushing that allows the knuckle to remain flexable, so don't use controll arm bushings just because they will press in the hole they will wear out in no time they are rubber and everybody knows poly last a whole lot longer than rubber just check out http://www.cadillacbushings.com or call me 270-746-9850 ask for Mike
